You may terminate your membership at any time and for any reason by cancelling through the site or contacting us.

We may terminate your membership at any time if you have breached this agreement.

We will give you confirmation of your termination to the given e-mail address provided by you.

We can Cancel any membership at any time. You will receive reasonable notice in advance.

 

 

Illegal and unauthorised use of this site will result in legal retribution.
 

Any reproduction and collection of usernames and e-mail adresses by any method for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mails and unauthorized linking to this site will result in legal action.

We are entitled to review each members profile, photos and messages for unappropiate material.

Produce any information containing any hidden links or viruses or images.
 

We have the right to investigate and cancel any membership that we find has misused the service and breached the agreement.

 

 

We have the right to but are not obliged to monitor disputes between members.

Users and members are solely responsible for their own actions and interactions with other members.

We are not held responsible or cannot be asked to take part in disputes between members.

If legal action arises between members they must do so independently.

By agreeing to these terms you waiver the right to contact us to be part of any legal actions.

If legal action arises against us from actions by you then you agree to pay,hold us blameless and defend us in any legal dispute. You agree to co-operate fully and defend us in any legal disputes.

 

 

We will maintain this site to our best abilities. If we need to temporarily stop the service we have the rights to do so. This will be restored as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to change or amend the service at any time. You will be given notification.

You participate in these events at your own free will and any interaction between members is solely between the members.  We reserve the right to cancel any member that misuses these events for any reason or breaches the agreement.

Events are part of this service and agreement.

 

 

The affiliates program is controlled by us. We have the right to cancel the affiliates program at our discression.

Money will be only paid out after 10 referals and they register and subscribe to at least one months membership.

The affiliate program will end when you have reached fifty referals.

 

 

Promotions offered by us will be given out to members at our discression. Factors will determine which member receives any promotions and these are down to us. We have the right to cancel any promotions at any given time without notice. If you are successful in our promotions we will contact you via email. Prizes will be our choice.
